Another week, another post of links. Enjoy.
I love this idea, although I'm more likely to knit the shelf.
Some good titles on this list.
I always knew reading was good for me.
A great gift for a knitter and also a great charity.
I'm not participating but this should be lots of fun.
Not exactly sure how I stumbled upon this but it was lovely to read.
I might have to do something like this next year with our advent quilt.
A review that doesn't give too much away.
What do you think of 2015's colour?
And because not every link should lead to something happy. I can't believe yesterday marked 25 years since the Ecole Polytechnique Massacre. I remember that happening and realizing for the first time that someone may want to hurt me either physically or with their words just because I was born a girl. And the sad thing is, 25 years later, I don't think women are any better off.
I'm so glad I found your blog. You always post such interesting links! I will be sewing my shelf...and when I get my stash of craft books from Australia, I will be knitting it, too! Love the article about reading fiction.... 2015's colour? It needs some brights to go with it! lol I could see myself using it as a neutral in a quilt...if I could tear myself away from black. I read the article about Ecole Polytechnique Massacre. I agree with you, we are no better off.
